THIS IS A CONTRACT between you (either an individual or a single entity)
and the owner of the "Alex's V Project" ("Licensor" or "me" or "us" )
and covers your use of the "Alex's V Project" software, and documentation
(all of which are referred to herein as the "Software").

BY CHECKING THE "I ACCEPT" BOX OR BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING THE
SOFTWARE, THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY LICENSING THE PRODUCT ("YOU") ARE
CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND IS BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE CHECK BOX
INDICATING "I ACCEPT" MUST NOT BE SELECTED, AND YOU MUST NOT DOWNLOAD,
INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

Personal, Non-Commercial Use License. The Software is licensed to you for
your personal, non-commercial use. You may install the Software on a
computer, residing on a single server for your personal, non-commercial
use only.

The Software may not be used for direct or indirect commercial purposes
without first obtaining a Commercial Use License. If you would like to
use the Software for purposes other than your personal, non-commercial
use, please see contact me for a commercial license. I have worked hard
to create a licensing program that is centered around the varied needs of
our licensees.

Grant and Limitations
Any users (includes individual user, computer manufacturers or PC vendors)
who agree to be bound by the terms of this license can distribute, install,
copy, backup, or upload the software to computers or websites without the
author's permission, but the user must mention the license of the software
when distributing / installing the software to /for any other third
user / party.

The Software may not be used for direct or indirect commercial
(includes non-profit, or revenue-generating business) purposes without first
obtaining a Commercial Use License. If you would like to use the Software
for purposes other than your personal, non-commercial use, you must obtain
the necessary licenses by purchasing the "Alex's V Project" software. I have
worked hard to create these programs that are centered on the varied needs
of users. The software's success depends on your support and I really
appreciate your help.

Prohibited Uses
You may not, without the prior written permission of AUTHOR: Disassemble,
decompile or "unlock", decode or otherwise reverse translate or engineer,
or attempt in any manner to reconstruct or discover any source code or
underlying algorithms of SOFTWARE provided in object code form only.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE AUTHOR FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT
OF USE, DISTRIBUTION OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE AND
DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH YOU.

ANY USE OF THE "Alex's V Project" IS AT YOUR OWN RISK,
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS,
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION OR OTHER
PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO
USE THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Termination
This License is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under
this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Regents if
you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. You may terminate the
license by giving written notice of termination to the Regents. Upon termination
of this License, you shall immediately discontinue all use of the Software and
destroy the original and all copies, full or partial, of the Software, including
any modifications or derivative works, and associated documentation.

DEFINITIONS

DEFINITION OF NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
"Non-Commercial Purposes" means use of the Software by an individual for
publishing that does not directly or indirectly support any commercial efforts.
Use of the Software for any purpose by any non-individual entity, including but
not limited to any commercial entity, corporation, non-profit organization,
educational institution, governmental body or group, is not permitted under
this Agreement. Affiliate or associate fees that are earned by a personal blog
site and are payable to a single individual and that are earned through activities
incidental to the main purpose of the site are permitted under the Non-Commercial
Purposes of this Agreement.
